These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 360 Realty website and the consultation and related services we provide ("Services"). By submitting a request, making a payment or using this site you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
360 Realty provides real estate assistance and property-matter consulting to clients, primarily Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), in relation to property in Punjab, India. You can contact us at hello@example.com or on 1-(888) 239-6446.
2. Our Services
Our Services include real estate guidance (buying, selling, investing, property management) and consulting on property matters such as disputes, mutation (Intkal), revenue records, permits and filings. We coordinate and guide; outcomes depend on the facts of each matter, documents, third parties and government or court processes outside our control.
3. Not legal advice
We are not a law firm and nothing on this site or in our communications is legal advice. Where legal representation is needed we may suggest you engage a qualified, licensed advocate. See our Disclaimer.
4. Requests, fees and payment
- Submitting the lead form creates a request; it is not a contract for property transactions.
- A consultation fee is payable online before your consultation is confirmed. The amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Broker fees, government charges, stamp duty, legal fees and third-party costs are separate and may apply where applicable. We will explain these before you incur them.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate and complete information, to have authority over any property you instruct us on, and to use the Services lawfully. We may decline or stop a matter if information is false, misleading or the request is unlawful.
6. Accounts
If you create an account or sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
7. Intellectual property
The site design, text, logos and images are owned by or licensed to 360 Realty and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 360 Realty is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions you make about property, from delays by authorities, courts or third parties, or from information provided by others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third parties such as payment processors, email and messaging providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept them at checkout is the version recorded against your payment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 360 Realty is established, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
