This policy explains when the consultation fee you pay to 360 Realty can be refunded.
1. What the fee covers
The fee paid at checkout secures and covers your consultation and initial assessment of your request. It is not a deposit for a property purchase and does not include broker fees, government charges, legal fees or other third-party costs, which are separate and may apply where applicable.
2. When you are entitled to a refund
- Duplicate or mistaken charge: full refund.
- Cancellation before work starts: if you ask to cancel before our team has begun your consultation or review, you will receive a full refund.
- We cannot provide the service: if we are unable to take on your matter, we will refund the fee in full.
3. When a refund is not available
- Once the consultation has taken place or our team has substantially started work on your matter, the fee is non-refundable.
- We cannot refund because of a result you were hoping for. Outcomes of property, revenue-office, tribunal or court processes are never guaranteed.
- Third-party costs already paid on your behalf cannot be recovered by us.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us on 1-(888) 239-6446 or at hello@example.com with your receipt number and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days. Currency conversion differences are outside our control.
6. Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled or expires, you are not charged. If you see a pending authorisation, it is released by your bank, usually within a few days.
